Returns, Exchanges, & Replacements

What is your return/exchange policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and let us know if there is anything we can do to help!

*Most items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of arrival to you.

Unless you are returning/exchanging an item that arrived severely damaged, you will be responsible for shipping costs back. Please know that the responsibility for returning breakable items back to us safely is up to you. We cannot exchange or return items that are returned to us in anything less than new condition. The shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will receive a refund only when a return has been received back to us.

If you are exchanging an item email us at and let us know why. All ceramic items cannot be exchanged due to our low stock. We may have some left over depending on our counts, so it does not hurt to ask for an exchange.



*Perishable items such as soaps, teas, coffees, or treats are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

What is your replacement policy?

If you purchased a mug from one of our releases and it has broken with time/use please reach out to us. Unfortunately, ceramics are not immortal and these things do happen.

When reaching out please attach images of the broken item so we can asses the damage and decide how to more forward.

How can I buy something?

We only sell through our website at the moment. However, we are hoping to get into some local shops soon!

The item(s) I want are out of stock, will there be more for sale soon?

We release new work monthly and it does tend to sell out quick. We're workin' hard to bring more stock more frequently so stick with us! You can also sign up for the newsletter to be in the know about new releases!

When is your next release/restock?

We try to have a release/restock at least once a month. The best way to keep up with our next sale is by checking our bio & most recent posts or by signing up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page.

What products will be available in the next restock/release?

Unless we specify otherwise, all of our releases will include all of our regular items. Each release will not have the same designs as the last just to keep everything fresh, but you can always expect to see our regular sizes available.

Your launches sell out so fast! How can I make sure that I get what I want?

1. Be on time! Re-fresh our product page at the time of the sale or a little before the release time.
2. Create an account on our site ahead of time so your info is pre-saved.
3. Checkout with ApplePay (on Safari), Google Pay, or Shop Pay. Those are by far the quickest checkout methods!
4. Know what you are getting ahead of time & purchase items separately. We will combine your shipping automatically.

What are your regular items?

Our regular items are pieces that will always be included in our restocks/releases unless we specify otherwise. For example, our 16oz. mugs will always be available, but our teapots will not since they are a specialty item.

Why doesn't your website allow cart saving?

Shopify (our website host) does not have a cart saving feature set up for their websites. We know it is frustrating, but this is something we cannot change.

Can I commission something?

No. Due to the demand of our normal releases we cannot add on any commission work. You can always reach out with your idea and we can direct you to someone who is already making similar pieces! There are tons of great potters out there!

Do you have a wait list or preorder available?

We have found that wait lists and preorders take too much joy out of the ceramic process compared to our normal release schedule. That's not to say we will never have one ever again. They will just not be as common and will only be for very select items.

Do you have any extra that I can just purchase now?

In order to be fair to everyone we like to keep our extra pieces for our seconds page or for our large seconds sale at the end of the year.

What is the average price range?

Prices are usually anywhere from $40-100+ depending on the item's size, difficulty to make, and design.

Why are your prices so high?

We try very hard to be accessible to as many people as we can, but at the end of the day everything has been done by hand. Please click HERE to see the product timeline and each step that your mug goes through before getting to you.

Do you ever have any sales/clearance?

We do! You can typically find any of our pieces that are on sale in the SECONDS category under our ceramics tab. We will put up seconds items at random times throughout the year as well as host a large seconds sale at the very end of the year.


What are seconds?

Seconds are pieces that do not meet our standards for selling, items that were testers for new designs, or extra pieces from past sales.

Here is a list of reasons why something may be a second:
- Glaze imperfections/flaws in the surface design
- Small knicks, scratches, or chips on the surface or rim
- Glaze crawls or splotches on interiors
- Superficial Cracks on the handle seams


Are seconds still functional and food safe?

Almost every seconds piece is still food safe and functional. If it is not either of those things we will mention that in the product listing.


Are your ceramics microwave safe?

Yes! The only pieces you cannot microwave are pieces with metallic gold or silver coatings! ie. Golden Hour pieces cannot be microwaved.

Euphoria pieces are NOT microwave safe.

Are your ceramics dishwasher safe?

Yes! We recommend washing on the top rack of the dishwasher or hand washing if you want to be more gentle. 

Euphoria pieces are NOT dishwasher safe. They are hand-wash ONLY!


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide! *Please know that we are not responsible for any taxes/duties/ fees associated with international shipping.

What shipping carriers are available?

We ship vis USPS, UPS, & DHL depending on your shipping selection at checkout. Tracking numbers should always be sent when your order is mailed. If you didn’t get a tracking number, feel free to reach out!

Can I combine shipping on multiple orders & get a refund on shipping?

Yes, we will always combine shipping on multiple orders if it is safe to do so. Sometimes we will have to keep them separate depending on the sizes of the items you have purchased.

How long will my package take to get to me?

All of our Core Collection items are made to order. They will take about 4-6 weeks before being completed and sent out after you order. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing any Core items as a gift. We cannot make any accommodations for completion & shipment times due to the schedule/pace that we are comfortable working at.

Once a package has left our studio, it should hopefully get to you within a week if you are a located in the U.S. If you are outside of the U.S. it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Please remember that we have no control of your package after it has left our studio.

We will pack up your orders in about 1-3 business days after purchasing. Sometimes it will take longer due to the fact that we are a small team.

Once a package has left our studio, it should hopefully get to you within a week if you are a located in the U.S. If you are outside of the U.S. it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Please remember that we have no control of your package after it has left our studio.

Is the packaging eco-friendly?

We try to be as earth friendly as possible with our packaging! We use 100% biodegradable and/or recyclable materials and hope that all customers recycle their packaging! You won’t be getting any bubble wrap from us. :)

Our packing peanuts can be dissolved in water or put into compost! 😊

Shipping prices seem kind of high, is this correct?

Yes. Unfortunately ceramics are heavy and therefore cost more to ship than other items.

What do I do if my package is lost?

Please reach out if your package has been in the shipping process for two or more weeks. We will get you all of the information you will need to file a claim on your end.

What do I do if my items were damaged/broken during shipping?

If you received an item that was damaged/broken during shipping please reach out immediately with the photos listed below. Once we get those photos we can give you all of the information you will need to start a claim. Please do not throw out any of the packaging until the claim is resolved.

Photo Requirements:
- A photo of the damaged item.
- A photo of the damaged item inside of the box with the original packaging.
- A photo of the packing material inside of the box.
- A close-up photo of the shipping label & tracking number.
- A photo of the BMC that indicates box strength. It can be found on one of the bottom flaps of the box.
- Two photos displaying all six sides of the package.
